What part will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various compensation processes within our global organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering end-to-end compensation processes across multiple countries (e.g. annual salary reviews, bonus plan administration)
  • Ensuring high data quality in HR and IT systems through independent administration of compensation plans
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for local HR units and business units in different countries to ensure correct administration of bonus and compensation policies
  • Performing detailed data analysis and data quality checks in Excel
  • Conducting continuous process improvements and regular lessons learned sessions with stakeholders
  • Providing consultation on optimization and automation potential for global processes
  • Accompanying both local and global compensation processes

What you need to make real what matters

  • You successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR services or compensation-related processes
  • You have advanced skills in process management as well as experience in process improvement / optimization
  • You impress with your analytical and results-oriented approach, your collaborative teamwork, and your communication skills
  • Ideally, you already gained experience in collaborating with international teams / stakeholders
  • You have good Excel skills
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
