Your new responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and analysis of business cases for strategic initiatives
  • Create and maintain templates and tools to standardize internal processes and workflows
  • Support the team in project coordination, documentation, and reporting
  • Conduct market and internal research to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Your talents and experience

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Self-driven, structured, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
