What you need to make real what matters?

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in motion control engineering and applications for various industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative motion control systems and successfully managing complex projects.
• Proven experience in motion control engineering, with a focus on digital solutions tailored to motion control applications.
• Proficiency in software development for automation systems, with strong knowledge of SINAMICS DRIVE systems, SIMATIC PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related digitalization technologies.
• Visionary and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate digital solutions for motion control applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex automation and control challenges.
• Proficient in project management, with a commitment to implementing digital solutions that drive performance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to articulate the value of digital technologies to diverse stakeholders.
