We are looking for a Sales Senior Financial Analyst to join our Grid Software team. This is a remote position based in the Southeast/Eastern US region

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Proactively assist with revenue, sales, and cost analysis
  • Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including productivity reviews, P&L/Balance Sheet analysis, margin analysis, and backlog reporting
  • Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain management reporting and routine business analysis
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as needed
  • Manage and continuously improve processes

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
  • 8+ years of expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement is preferred, accompanied by in-depth knowledge of financial planning and data analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in a software business, including Software License, Maintenance and Support (M&S), Software as a Service (SaaS) and familiarity with KPIs of a software business (ARR, MRR)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, analyze complex models, and generate business insights.
  • Experience with digitalization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and proven ability to stay up to date with current developments in the field
  • Knowledge of IFRS 15 / US GAAP ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
  • Great written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel 5% domestically.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (current U.S.-based Siemens employees with visas will be considered).

· Experience with digitalization tools (Power BI, or similar) and proven ability to stay up to date with current

The pay range for this position is $89,670. - $153,720. annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
