We are looking for a motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join our newly established department under the leadership of the Head of Performance Controlling and Finance, Planning & Analysis for Digital Industries (DI) in the Lead Country Bundle Austria (LCB). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic financial initiatives across 26 countries, creating global impact through meaningful projects.

You’ll make a difference by:
- Supporting the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics frameworks to ensure sales and financial transparency
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, including conducting variance analyses and proposing corrective actions
- Contributing to pricing strategies and profitability analyses
- Participating in strategic projects to support the achievement of business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with financial governance and standards
- Collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
Your success is grounded in:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or related roles
- A strong understanding of financial standards and reporting processes
- Experience working with digital tools and analytics platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
