Your mission will be…

• Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication;
• Track customer requests, ensuring prompt resolution and collaborate with other teams to solve any customer questions;
• Monitor service performance of AC Backoffice against agreed targets and coordinate corrective actions with accounting operational team, if necessary, to achieve target & quality commitments;
• Accurate and timely accounting service, by processing transactions in line with the company regulations and guidelines;
• Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts;
• Perform Month End Closure activities;
• Consolidation and Financial Reporting Activities.

We are looking for someone with…

• University degree in a Financial Area;
• Fluent knowledge of English language, written and spoken (mandatory);
• Proficient in MSOffice;
• Experience with SAP;
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
• Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation, and professional ethics;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly;
• Capability to work both in a team and independently.
