About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Expert to join our GBS CEE H2R team, supporting Polish-speaking employees across Siemens entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate data handling, and excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and documentation for Polish employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers: compile monthly data, validate outputs, and generate reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries via HR ticketing systems (e.g., People Centre) in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external institutions (e.g., tax offices, social security) in Poland.
- Support HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and compliance updates.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Secondary education required; university degree in HR, business, or humanities preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR administration, with proven experience supporting Polish HR processes and compliance. Familiarity with Polish labor law and administrative procedures is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS tools like Workday is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
