Your Challenge
- Ensure efficient sales strategic planning for all customers with Siemens Building product portfolio demands with special focus on fire detection and extinguishing as well as for the whole range of Infrastructure Siemens portfolio
- Plan and ensure strategic sales planning to drive sales volumes through targeted customer visits and strategic activities in assigned territory
- Prepare customer contact, build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships across the Building and Infrastructure sectors
- Spot and develop opportunities and prospects in Salesforce CRM System
- Develop new customers to gain additive potentials/revenues
- Act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support
- Act as a dedicated fire detection and extinguishing specialist, promoting Siemens' advanced fire safety technologies as part of the broader infrastructure offering.
- Support target customer approach to be aligned with sales organization
- Provide technical support and guidance regarding product specifications.
- Actively promote Siemens products, solutions and available design and specifications tools for the Building whole infrastructure portfolio of Siemens
- Ensure early involvement of Siemens in project specifications and inclusion of Siemens in preferred suppliers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver tools, training materials and presentations to create leads
- Participate in industry and market relevant events, trade shows, and professional organizations to stay current with market trends and best practices in Building business and infrastructure.
- Identify and engage with new market segments and verticals where Siemens Building and infrastructure solutions can be introduced.
- Collaborate with the respective Siemens Greece organization in establishing strategic partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, and construction companies to influence early-stage project planning.
- Organize and lead customer workshops, roadshows, and technical seminars to raise awareness and generate demand.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Building and infrastructure portfolio in Greece.
What you need to bring with you
- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales in project business, proven experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Strong track record of working closely with specifiers and consultants to align technical solutions with client needs.
- Advanced know-how of local Building and Infrastructure market, customers, influencers and competitors
- Familiarity with Fire Systems & Products and the broader Siemens Infrastructure portfolio will be an asset.
- Solid grasp in products delivery chains, e-commerce platforms
- Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions
- Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time
- Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn
