We are looking for an Equipment Reliability Supervisor for our location in Broken Arrow, OK.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising all maintenance operations within the factory. This includes directing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment, maintaining the work order system, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability and team development.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Leading the team by ensuring equipment reliability and maintenance, which is crucial for the plant's operations as well as leading maintenance technicians and developing a structured maintenance program
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 3 or more maintenance technicians.
  • Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Assign daily tasks and prioritize work orders based on production needs and safety.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Brightly).
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments related to maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and safety checks.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance KPIs.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
  • Prepare maintenance budgets and track expenditures.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication shop equipment and systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proven track record of hands-on leadership in an industrial or fabrication environment.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a focus on technician development and team engagement.
  • Experience implementing or improving preventive maintenance programs with direct involvement in execution.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies, with a practical, floor-level application.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance administrative responsibilities with active involvement in daily maintenance operations.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or technical degree preferred. BS Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

  • The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $110,600.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
