We are now looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a challenging and versatile role that blends technical expertise with administrative responsibilities, supporting the execution of client projects in the railway industry. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a key role in designing secure systems, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers across all project phases, helping to shape the future of secure rail transport.
You’ll be based in our newly renovated office in Espoo, with the flexibility of hybrid working. This is a permanent and full time role.
Main Responsibilities
Execute and develop cybersecurity services (e.g. vulnerability management, security monitoring)
Design secure network architectures and solutions with project teams
Conduct threat and risk analyses and define countermeasures
Specify and maintain security requirements in line with international standards (e.g. IEC 62443)
Engage with customers on cybersecurity topics throughout project lifecycles

What We Expect
A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong teamwork and customer focus
A degree (BA or higher) in information technology or a related field
Understanding of networking and security technologies
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and standards (e.g. IEC 62443)
A couple of years of work experience in cybersecurity (e.g. penetration testing, secure architecture)
Fluency in English and working proficiency in Finnish
Experience in the railway industry is a plus
