Proactively engages with customers using remote outbound sales call approach to grow the sales opportunities and Plans and executes sales targets and activities for Siemens SI Buildings Business Unit, Solution Partner Department, in a specified region and verticals for the Fire Safety, Security, Building Automation, Lighting Automation and Fire Extinguishing portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers in installed base and to achieve defined commercial targets. Mainly, create and develop leads and opportunities with existing and/or new solution partner companies with Siemens systems and products.

- Proactively engage customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach Uses remote communication channels Video Calls, telephone, social media to interact with customers.
- Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Research prospective clients and record information in Salesforces CRM
- Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
- Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market-related network of stakeholders.
- Spots opportunities for local products and product business with existing customers and prospective clients
- Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
- Provides information to customers and/or general sales.
- Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt. / other involved professionals and management.
- Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
- Contributes to the development of Market business in the region.
- May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- Tools to Use: CRM, Outreach, SieSales, Higspot, LinkedIn Navigator
- Maintains/exceeds phone calls, IMs, email, connect time and pipeline activity goals as set by management team.
- Achieves a minimum of daily 50 dials, 50 emails/IMs, 2 hours connect time
- Investigates and pre-qualifies customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact
- Hands over selected high potential customers to partner sales representative
- Manage a sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities
- Constantly grows the pipeline Uses Sales Force CRM for all activities and account/territory management
- Contribute to achieving the team’s sales targets and KPIs.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 3 years of experience in the sales/business development field, preferably in fire/security/building automation business
- Experience with solution partner companies
- IOT and digital services experience would be an important asset
- Vertical sales knowledge would be an asset
- Experience in building long-term relationships with the customers
- Intercultural business experience
- Advanced level of English.
- CRM system and digital working environment tool knowledge.
- Clear thinker, innovative and change oriented.
- Focus on customer retention and satisfaction/loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty.
