We’re looking for a Siemens Graduate Participant in Go-To-Market (GTM) / Marketing at Mendix, with a specific focus on:
- Customer Experience and AI products
- Bridging GTM strategy with product and customer needs

Over two exciting and transformative years, you'll rotate through three goal-oriented and strategic assignments that expose you to the real-world challenges of growing and expanding the Mendix platform's market presence. You'll gain first-hand experience in driving customer adoption of our platform, enterprise go-to-market strategies, AI-powered development capabilities, and portfolio commercialisation within the rapidly growing low-code market. As part of the Mendix team, you'll help shape how enterprises modernise their application development approach and accelerate their digital transformation initiatives using our industry-leading platform.
Your strengths in communication, strategic execution, and commercial awareness will play a key role in shaping how Mendix accelerates adoption and market success within Siemens and the broader ecosystem.

- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as standard
- A Master’s, Diploma, or Doctoral degree in:
- Marketing / Sales/ Digital Business / Business Management
- CX/ Service Design / Product Management or related fields
- Or a technical degree (Computer Science/Software Engineering) paired with strong commercial and customer-centric insight
- Hands-on experience in:
- Marketing or GTM enablement
- Customer adoption programs, pipeline development or CRM systems
- CX-focused projects
- Product communication, digital campaign execution, or strategic storytelling
- Strong analytical thinking and execution focus
- Experience or interest in the commercial software industry is preferred
- Minimum 4 months of international experience (studies or internships)
- A self-starter with a customer-first mindset
- Collaborative, adaptive, and excited to work across functions in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate or fluent Dutch or German is a plus (not required)
