Then become part of our global team as a Change Management Process Manager (f/m/d)! This position can be filled globally, and you will have colleagues in other locations, such as Germany and India.

Your mission and responsibilities:

Continuously improve the ITSM Change Management process and lead the adoption within our IT Infrastructure organization, ensuring all changes to our services are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal risk and maximum efficiency.

Task and responsibilities:

  • As the Change Management process manager, you drive process adoption with the infrastructure service delivery teams.
  • You advocate for operational requirements to be considered in the Change Management process, in cooperation with the process owner and work towards continuously improving the process.
  • You optimize the tooling (ServiceNow), by identifying and addressing requirements that support process efficiency.
  • You create work instructions for the change management process where necessary.
  • You monitor and report on change performance metrics and KPIs to all stakeholders.
  • You facilitate CAB/CCB meetings and ensure alignment with service owners and infrastructure teams.
  • You are responsible for the communication of changes towards all stakeholders (internal service teams, application teams, Business Partner Manager, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • You convince through several years of experience in ITSM, with a focus on Change Management in infrastructure environments, ideally at Siemens Healthineers
  • You are certified in the ITIL framework.
  • You have a strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module and reporting platforms (PowerBI).
  • You have very in-depth work experience in the environment of international, cross-functional teams.

Additionally

  • To be able to operate successfully in our international working environment, you have business fluency in English and German is an additional plus.
  • You have a very strong IT affinity and understanding of technologies and processes in global IT organizations.
  • Planning and organizational skills in a global IT organization are necessary for your daily work, in the efficient support of your stakeholders.
  • You are familiar with risk management and audit practices.
  • You have the ability to comprehensively communicate value in the languages of IT and Business.
