This role will possess dual responsibilities; running a company-wide Financial Excellence Program as well as serving as Finance Manager for RPO team in Istanbul.
What part will you play?
- Plans, organizes and directs Financial Excellence activities in close collaboration with the Country CFO;
o Carries out projects to design new financial development programs, discusses the content and format of programs with experts and appropriate service providers.
o Organizes all requirements necessary to set up the programs for both e-learning and on-site learning measures.
o Establishes communication appropriate to the target audience.
o Evaluates the effectiveness of activities and maintains relevant reports.
- Responsible for performance measurement, early warning and risk management, as well as planning, forecasting, and reporting for RPO Turkey. Initiates, drives, implements, and monitors productivity programs to continuously improve profitability and competitiveness through harmonization, optimization and digitalization. Builds best-in-class financial processes and a strong control environment, ensuring compliance with external and internal accounting and reporting guidelines.
- Drives and manages successful project execution, the annual budgeting process, and quarterly and monthly forecasting procedures. Analyzes financial performance and variance on key financial indicators such as order intake, revenue, profit, cash flows, and net capital employed, and develop measures from these analyses.
- Works independently on all commercial topics of the commercial quotation process. Analyzes and comments on prequalification documents and invitations to tender, and facilitates the setup of contract and claim management at the tender stage.
- Ensures bid documentation is in line with mandatory internal and external requirements, as well as compliance with LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
- Works as part of a bid team, support the identification, evaluation, and assessment of risks and opportunities, jointly define mitigation strategies and response plans, and support the execution of defined mitigation measures.,
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the finance field.
- High proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Experience in a global company is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
