We are looking for a colleague who has experience in leading and managing a team that is mostly in the field and identifies with the role of a leader. A person who feels at home in technical area and customer service, who can build long-term good and constructive relationships internally and externally.
The main responsibility of the Customer Services Manager is planning, strategic and operational management of the Commissioning & Repairs department and leading a team of service technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the realization of our services in accordance with the agreed terms, conditions and deadlines.
- Strategic planning, management and development of the department.
- Management of department processes, their analysis and optimization.
- Organization of work, management and evaluation of assigned team members.
- Monitoring the fulfilment of the goals set and achieved results of the department.
- Planning and managing the department resources.
- Management of cooperation with customers regarding the services.
- Management of cooperation with other company departments.
- Reporting and presentation of department results.
Requirements for the employee

University education (Master's degree)

Preferably technical area

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

- Experience in leading a technical team.
- Experience in managing and organizing a team working at different sites (in field).
- Systematic, organized approach to work and management.

- Knowledge of the English language at a good communication level.
