Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review aging reports and follow up outstanding invoices

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or written correspondence to remind them of outstanding payments

  • Clarify invoice details, payment terms, and resolve any disputes or misunderstandings.

  • Log all communication and actions taken regarding collections.

  • Update customer records with payment status and notes on interactions.

  • Escalate delinquent accounts to management or legal if necessary.

  • Work closely with the sales, commercial, and project team to resolve issues that may delay payment.

  • Coordinate with finance and commercial team to assess risk and adjust credit terms if needed.

  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances

  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and monitor credit risk exposure

  • Recommend credit limits and terms.

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in large multi-national companies preferrable.

  • Good communication skill and can work independently

  • Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven

  • Well-versed in MS Office and SAP is an additional advantage

  • Proficient in English and Cantonese

  • Immediate available will be an advantage
