We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Area Manager to join our Smart Buildings team in Luxembourg (Fire Safety, Security, HVAC, Building Automation). As Area Manager Luxembourg, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing all activities. You will ensure the achievement of set targets in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, cost control, and personnel development.
You will work closely with the SI-Buildings Head Belgium, to whom you report directly. You will develop and implement both operational and commercial strategies for Luxembourg and translate company objectives into concrete processes, actions, and measurable KPIs. You will monitor the execution of these processes and adjust where necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, coach, and motivate employees in Luxembourg.

Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with business goals, translating them into concrete objectives and KPIs.

Actively contribute to commercial growth by developing new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and strengthening existing relationships.

Ensure compliance with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Manage budgets, personnel, and material resources.

Identify and implement process improvements focused on efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze performance, reports, and trends to timely adjust and structurally resolve operational issues.

Encourage professional development of employees and actively manage team competencies.

Act as Siemens Smart Buildings’ representative in Luxembourg and maintain contacts with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

Proven managerial experience.

Strong commercial skills with experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Solid operational experience focused on continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and structural efficiency.

Leadership qualities and excellent people management skills; able to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.

Experience in defining, monitoring, and managing operational KPIs and performance indicators.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make well-informed decisions.

Organizational awareness, solution-oriented, and stress resilient.

Willingness to permanently relocate to Luxembourg and actively build a local network.

Language skills: fluent in French and German, with very good command of English.
