About the Job
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be a trusted advisor to our 12,000+ global clients, helping them unlock the full value of their Brightly solutions. You’ll guide clients from onboarding through renewal, ensuring they achieve their goals and have an exceptional experience every step of the way. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What you will do
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients at all levels—executive, technical, and administrative.
• Create and manage Success Plans that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.
• Deliver regular business reviews and health checks to showcase return on investment and share strategic recommendations.
• Use data and insights to drive product adoption and highlight opportunities for growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to represent the voice of the customer.
• Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities through proactive engagement.
• Contribute to client-facing content such as webinars, white papers, and guides.
• Stay current on Brightly products, industry trends, and Customer Success best practices.
• Collaborate on team initiatives that improve processes and elevate the client experience.

The pay range for this position is $60,340 - $103,440 and the incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
What you need
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of proven experience in Client Success in lieu of degree
• 3+ years in a Customer Success or client-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong discernment and a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and customer-focused.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A data-driven approach and a dedication to continuous improvement.
What makes you a Standout
• Experience with ChurnZero, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
• Customer Success certifications.
• Background in CMMS
• Experience supporting clients in Government, Education, Healthcare, or Manufacturing industries
