You will serve as the department processor for a specific work area within department and will be required to meet and maintaining key KPI’s within work area including daily Operations and adhering to all Safety guidelines of the facility!

We are looking for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Processor. This position will be based at our Southaven, MS location (Memphis Distribution Center).

Role Description:

  • Follow directives from the Operations Supervisor and manage daily production tasks.
  • Inspect and process returned orders, ensuring accuracy and proper condition.
  • Use scanning guns to verify shipment details and handle cartons, including repacking, relabeling, and returning to pallets.
  • Operate a pallet jack and maintain forklift certification.
  • Support communication with customer service and business partners; suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members, apply critical thinking, and utilize SAP & WMS systems to maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Computer skills required, to include warehouse management systems experience.
  • Material Handling Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient with SAP & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • 5 years of direct operations experience.
  • Forklift experience.

  • The pay rate for this position is $17.75 hourly. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
