Transform the everyday with us
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team! Which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed! This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX site.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Improve safety for all personnel working in and around the production lines by implementing measures to decrease production errors, improve product quality, and boost efficiency.
- Adhere to production schedule by prioritizing tasks, assigning personnel to work areas, supervising progress, making personnel adjustments, resolving line constraints problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the team; set goals, supervise performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training.
- Work closely with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability and schedule adherence.
- Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field.
- Mechanical proficiency with experience using hand tools and proficient with Microsoft office.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Supervisory Experience
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Project management experience.
- Union Experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

- The pay range for this position is $60,340.00 - $103,440.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
