Key Responsibilities:
Complete P&L responsibility for the Region.
Grow and sustain the Order Value (OV) & Turn Over (TO) targets for region.
Understand the market, competition, digitalization space and customer pain-points in depth
Update and implement the go-to-market strategy for the next 5 years
Work collaboratively with Regions, Solutions and Service Sales, Digital Buildings, Energy performance business among other Business Units in Siemens and Regional Headquarters, to ensure smooth and effective customer engagement
Leads, motivates and develops a leadership team capable of delivering perfection and highest performance in all functions driving employee engagement and efficiency, crafts a culture of openness and trust
Ensures key performance metrics are on track and achieved including order intake, revenue, profit, cash flow, SG&A, efficiency
Drives customer orientation across the organization and delivers on commitments
Ensures excellent collaboration with other regional businesses and builds strong and trustful partnerships across the organization
Drives agility and creative solutions to win in changing markets and to build future-proof business models
Ensures business continuity amidst changing work force dynamics
Ensure Bid Selection, risk assessment and Submission on target projects with strong success.
Ensure Project Execution as per budgets and time-constraints in full compliance to Guidelines.
Follow all internal, external processes and coordination with stake holder for all business deliverables
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills in leading people, business acumen in gaining market share, positive relationship leadership skills in building trust with key clients, strong operational excellence skills in meeting Top and Bottom-Line Targets.
Bachelor’s degree (or educational equivalent); MBA preferred
Experience leading large, distributed teams and driving a high-performance culture
Proven ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment and a matrix organization
Demonstrated ability to drive the organization to think and act in ways that improve efficiency and efficiency while encouraging new technologies and how work is done
Excitement and drive for change while being empathetic to a successful organizations’ culture
Lead and proactively drive change and deliver compelling message to secure commitment and buy-in
Inspire and empower others to deliver results, driven by impact and foster a winning spirit
Effective communication, presentation and networking skills up to executive level
Ability to navigate global, highly matrixed organizations including processes and shaping the culture
Value and promote a diverse workforce while ensuring employee engagement across all levels
Ability to work with different stake holders in Smart infra, internal and external with sound Knowledge of competition, market and customer behavior in the building industry
