Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support administrative and operational tasks within the Building Technology domain. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building automation, service operations, and knowledge management while contributing to the efficiency of our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage tasks in workflow tools based on predefined templates
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy within workflow systems
  • Generate and distribute standardized reports
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or higher at a university (STU TZB is a plus)
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
  • Organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or building automation technologies is a plus

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
