Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive global learning and development strategy; You will be diagnosing our current approach and offerings while ensuring alignment to our values and business performance objectives
  • You will lead the execution of that global strategy through learning and leadership development offerings that match the needs of our organization and overseeing the design, development and delivery
  • You will develop a global team of expert advisors to the organization by providing direction, coaching and continuous guidance to ensure high quality delivery
  • You will build strong relationships with the global HR Business Partners and collaborate to align learning and development initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
  • You will serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on global learning and engagement; staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in global learning and development, and bringing new ideas that can continually improve the learning experience of our employees
  • You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives, making adjustments as needed to continuously improve outcomes.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • You have a university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
    • You have many years of professional experience in Learning and Leadership development, ideally within a global corporation
    • You possess proven skills to lead and encourage a diverse team, cultivate a positive and inclusive working environment, and efficiently manage performance and development.
    • You have profound experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with key partners on all levels of the organization, as well as external partners and industry influencers
    • You have a track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
    • You have strong project management experience and the ability to translate business requirements into successful HR initiatives.
    • You possess a well-established credibility within a community of learning and development experts


      Your attributes and skills:

      • Fluency in English enables you to operate successfully in an international context, German language skills are a plus
      • You have excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills and have experience with presentations and discussions at executive level.
      • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills.
      • You think strategically and continuously drive process optimization.
      • You are detail-orientated and structured and understand global contexts.
      • You are characterized by an independent way of working, prioritization, flexibility and the ability to work in a team and successfully complete projects in our agile working environment.
      • You have strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
      • You are a communicative person who enjoys working with different partners, stakeholders and interfaces, can take on different perspectives and points of view and explain them in a way that is understandable to all parties involved.
      • You find it easy to build trusting relationships and to involve, inspire, influence and coach other people.
