Your key responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of logistic team: you will cultivate a positive workplace climate that encourages collaboration, professional development, open communication, and mutual respect among team members;
• Create a proactive and continuous improvement work environment;
• Suggest and implement solutions for process improvements and standardization;
• Lead the team to reach timely deliveries of goods to our customers in the most efficient way - from order placement at factory, through customs clearance, to delivery to customer,
• Coordinate the most important project deliveries to the customers' sites;
• Proactive communicate with team members/leads of different areas (procurement, sales, warehouse , project management, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external 3rd party representatives (customers, carry forwarders, local authorities, etc.);
• Manage the warehouse (physical Inventory and scrap process)

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in business administration or logistics;
• Extensive proven track I n logistics, with responsibility for import and export operations in Kazakhstan;
• Strong experience in managing operational team;
• High communication skills, flexibility, adaptability to changing environment;
• Knowledge of SAP system;
• English: upper intermediate, professional economic/logistic terminology
