Baseline Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
- Able to work in a fully remote environment on a part time basis (at least 20-25 hours per week) between August 25-December 5
- A minimum 3.0 GPA

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Polarion Solution Engineering Intern to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Moving Polarion to standards – Product management process knowledge, Tool knowledge, IT skills building
- Working with PD & Other Polarion tool uses for integration understanding – PM process knowledge, Business process skills and Tool knowledge
- Polarion standardization for Strategist- Understand the scope and breadth of the Auto and Aerospace markets, PM process knowledge, Engineering overviews and general business skills
- Loading content from 2506 into Level 0 and level 1 to help update our formats- Engineering basic skills (PLM, Ssystems engineering, core engineering functions), overview of Tools, processes, and tool knowledge (Basic CAD knowledge, SE Overview, Speciality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Support Engineering and Program Management basic skills)
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Hands-on experience implementing and integrating solutions in complex environments is highly desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies and Polarion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, strong customer interaction and presentation skills and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
