Position Headline:
Provides deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively. Ensures the implementation of the consulting strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified in consultant customers in the North Territory.
You’ll create impact by:
  • Supports the respective sales organization of the unit in approaching and serving potential customers best and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens' offerings effectively.
  • Serves sales organization and customers as an expert in product application and commissioning with respect to the portfolio of the assigned organizational unit.
  • Constantly analyzes product portfolio of the dedicated customers client overall goals and objectives .
  • Checks with developers, Project Managers and Management on customer’s side options to integrate Siemens' products and gives strategic, commercial and organizational recommendations.
  • Creates respective technical and commercial concepts and offerings in order to support the sales process.
  • Plans and completes consulting assignments to industry partners on technical and commercial level.
  • Responsible for new orders or consulting projects.
  • initiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitates team activities.
  • Support the sales organization in contract negotiations at all stages with information and analyses.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and innovating consulting portfolio.
  • Responsible manage & support consultant customers in the North Territory
Your defining qualities:
  • University degree or higher education in engineering, business engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Preferred candidates who have more than 05 years’ experiences in working & relationship with consultant customers (Infrastructure/ Building & Residential/ Industrial segment) in the North territory.
  • Electrical products & Totally Integrated Power consultant know-how is required & preferred. Also preferred for candidates.
  • Resilient in challenging situations, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-player and able to build trust with internal and external partners
  • Business fluent in English and local language skills are an advantage
