Join Siemens Egypt as a Talent Acquisition Intern and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of recruitment and people analytics. You'll play a key role in the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team while applying your analytical skills to improve our hiring strategies and processes.
What You'll Do – Your Daily Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and candidate experience.
- Manage and update recruitment systems (ATS) and databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.
- Draft and publish job adverts based on defined role requirements and employer branding guidelines.
- Support onboarding activities and pre-hiring logistics.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, source of hire, conversion rates, and diversity metrics.
- Create visual dashboards and recruitment scorecards using Excel or Power BI.
- Identify trends in candidate flow, pipeline bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytics summaries for the Talent Acquisition team.
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
- Help manage social media posts, recruitment campaigns, and digital outreach initiatives.
- Support the creation of compelling content (videos, testimonials, job spotlights) to promote Siemens as an employer of choice.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, university outreach programs, and virtual info sessions.
- Ensure timely and professional candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
What You’ll Bring
- You are a Final-year Bachelor’s or master’s student in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring with you strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF formulas); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- You are comfortable navigating HR platforms and digital collaboration tools (e.g. ATS, SharePoint, MS Teams).
- You will impress us with an excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical. You enjoy solving problems and making decisions based on data.
- A collaborative attitude with a passion for continuous learning and people-first thinking.
