We are looking for a Legal Operations and Technology Analyst to join the Litigation Team within the Legal and Compliance Department.
This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA, Iselin, NJ, or Orlando, FL with partial work-from-home flexibility each week.
Role Summary:
You will make an impact by managing electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation, investigations and regulatory matters, assisting with maintenance of in-house legal tech tools, and other legal operations projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is digitally savvy, curious, eager to learn and improve workflows and processes. Experience with eDiscovery is highly preferred. Responsibilities:
- Collect and process ESI with training provided and manage ESI on hold.
- Work with outside counsel to filter ESI and transfer to preferred external hosting vendors.
- Learn and apply best practices in eDiscovery and legal operations through hands-on experience and mentorship.
- Assist in maintaining existing in-house eDiscovery tools and applications (Exterro and OpenText Axcelerate); support implementation/maintenance of additional legal tech tools.
- Assist in testing new applications/data sources to ensure compliance with eDiscovery requirements.
- Document and improve legal workflows and standard operating procedures; assist with tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the legal department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree required. We welcome candidates with a mix of education and relevant experience, including internships or coursework in legal studies, IT, or business operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, project management, business operations, or IT systems administration.
- English Proficiency (written and verbal)
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with eDiscovery is highly preferred
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn IT systems, legal tech tools and data workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and desire to understand how legal and technical systems work together.
- Experience with project management, organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient technical skills in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle and eDiscovery technologies (such as Microsoft Purview, Exterro and OpenText Axcelerate) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Windows Environment, Active Directory, networking, and information security concepts is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge of VBScript and Powershell Experience with Python, Ruby and EnScript is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $89,670 – $169,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
