Mission:

Support DX AP-LS CHN for cross product line solution proposal develop; conduct short to long term corporate strategic planning and enable the growth execution.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze China's IVD healthcare market and policy trends thoroughly to identify growth opportunities at the corporate level. Gain key insights from this analysis and develop strategies to leverage these opportunities, overcoming challenges and enabling the company to successfully adapt and flourish within China's evolving healthcare industry.

• Effectively manage and oversee all corporate projects within the Project Management, taking charge of project planning and execution, offering strategic and operational solutions, ensuring successful completion through progress tracking, and achieving key milestones.

• Lead the development of new ideas to maintain our company's leading position in the industry and initiate creative projects that involve business solutions, as well as both existing and emerging technologies.

• Build up and strengthen strategic collaboration with external partners

• Enable the implementation of corporate initiatives and other related projects or tasks assigned by the manager or company.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge on IVD (especially IA) market, players, products and technology evolution.

• Strategic thinking. Overall view capacity.

• Good to have solid experience in marketing strategy or R&D.

• Good to have experience with both MNC and Local companies, with market positioning change in China.

• Experience in strategic planning, business development or strategic marketing is a Plus.

• Master degree or above. MBA preferred

• Major in medicine, medical laboratory, biology and healthcare related is preferred

• Openminded and Excellent communication (Chinese and English) and influence skills across business units and function departments.

• Good personality to collaborate with other team members. Capacity to Listen, Analysis and Propose.

• Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
