We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales team in Bratislava, Zilina or Kosice. We welcome applications from 5th-year university students or recent graduates with a background in IT, software, electrical engineering, or related technical fields.

Your role:

  • Customer relationship responsibility

  • Service Specification - knowledge of product/solution to be offered on the market.

  • Focus on the value of CS solutions - offered with respective software capabilities, and related IT hardware fit.

  • Keeping traceable records of customer demands, needs, terms and scopes.

  • Managing complex systems through CRM tools (highly organized opportunity management)
    To Prepare competitive offers supported by strong presentation skills, tailored to the local market needs.

  • Consultative selling - by being the expert advisor to customers - providing the best fitted solution.

  • International Communication - ability to collaborate with the central team abroad to match best possible solution for customer.

  • Clear understanding and competitive Pricing

  • Existing Solution Optimization - done by analyzing and proposing the most suitable workflow landscape.

  • CS Sales tender preparation and documentation

Your expertise:

  • Understanding of digital world (IT infrastructure, software licensing, Other IT-related skills are an advantage)

  • English language proficiency - Intermediate (B2) + Strong communication and sales skills - NICE

  • Sales experience is essential (3+ years)

  • Technical background would be preferable

  • Responsibility and proactive - “dealmaker".

  • Self-organized, clear purpose, able to prioritize

  • Reliable (keep on promise)

  • Soft skill - self-aware, able to listen with purpose, negotiation skills

  • Proactive approach and commitment to work results.

  • Driving license - Category B


Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2300 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
