Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Your mission will be…

· Provide timely and effective support to customers experiencing issues with their subscriptions;

· Own and manage the configuration of the product catalog in both Zuora and Keylight, including setting up products, rate plans, discounts, and bundles;

· Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to onboard new offerings and maintain accurate pricing structures and product amendments in Zuora/ Keylight​;

· Test and validate changes to the product catalog to ensure correct behavior in downstream processes (e.g., quoting, invoicing, reporting) and provisioning across different Cloud applications;

· Monitor and ensure data quality across Zuora, Keylight, BX, Xcelerator Marketplace, proactively identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies;

· Support the product manager in the administration of subscriptions, renewals, and amendments as related to catalog changes;

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system or process issues related to pricing, billing, and product setup;

· Document product catalog configurations, processes, and updates thoroughly for internal reference and audits;

· Participate in system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and process improvements tied to Zuora and Keylight platforms.​

We are looking for someone with…

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;

· Technical Diploma or equivalent after Post-Secondary Education; additional technical training are a plus;

· Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS;

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes​;

· Willingness to learn billing models and pricing strategies​;

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data accuracy;

· Experience testing and validating system configurations and updates is a plus;

· Familiarity with Salesforce and integrated systems is a plus;

· Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.​
