Mission:

  • engineering team to develop and design high quality, cost-effective components and products.
  • Driving product evolution to keep market competitiveness and ensure business success of owned product.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify China specific needs for global portfolio planning.
  • Responsible for China specific clinical workflow feature concept & key claims of product.
  • Product and technology development strategy and planning, responsible for full R&D and technical support functions (people, process and product) assigned from MI HQ PLM head and SSME MI head.
  • Manage and develop engineering team with continuously improvement and leverage technical competences.
  • Determination and implementation of product development and sustaining process, continuously optimize R&D process for high quality & efficiency, as well as compliance with management system and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervises PLM team including project managers, product managers, and team member's operation & delivery performance. Accountable for overall PLM performance to business targets and project targets (schedule, cost and quality);
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of company organization and customers.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in leading integrated systems product development programs and teams;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in direct management of technical personnel (performance management, career development, hiring, interviewing, remediation, etc.)
