Position Overview

Join Our Leadership Team as an Senior Executive Assistant – Be the Backbone of Strategy & Execution. We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support our East Region Electrical Infrastructure Leadership Team. This high-impact role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, you’ll take full ownership of the sales crediting process for the East Region, driving operational excellence and accountability across the sales organization. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership operations, a trusted partner who ensures clarity, consistency, and coordination. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll be working closely with senior leaders, handling sensitive information, and playing a vital role in promoting a strong, collaborative culture within both the East Region Electrical Infrastructure and Distribution Channel Management teams.

Senior Executive Assistant

This position will reside in Peachtree Corners Office.

Role Description

  • Drive ownership and oversight of the sales crediting process for the East Region sales organization.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and regional activities as required.
  • Provide high level of administrative support to the Leadership team.
  • Facilitate complex calendar management.
  • Schedule complex travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
  • Oversee expense reports and purchase requests, ensuring correct cost center allocation and timely payments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare leadership team meetings and other meetings (including virtual, remote), prepare an account of the meetings, and designate and follows up on assigned action items; partially participate in meetings and take minutes of meetings as well as documents action items.
  • Assist the leadership team with onboarding new hires and ordering of required equipment and access to the appropriate systems.
  • Drive efficiencies in document workflows and approval coordination through software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate well to others, establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to easily gain trust and respect.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make suggestions to improve efficiencies.
  • Meticulous in managing documents, reports, and schedules to ensure accuracy.
  • Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced sales management environment.
  • Strong customer service skills to handle stakeholder interactions professionally.
  • Highly organized and proficient with software systems; able to track and report using tools such as Excel and other organizational platforms.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of executive assistant expertise supporting
  • 3-5+ years proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS TEAMS, and Power Point).
  • 3-5+ years in managing documents, reports, and schedules to ensure accuracy.
  • Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • 3-5+ years proficient with software systems; able to track and report using tools such as Excel and other organizational platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of managing projects and prioritize multiple tasks and schedules.

The pay range for this position is $51,030.00 - $87,480.00 . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
