For our dynamic Internal Digitalization team, we are looking for a Project Manager Digital Transformation who will drive business excellence through integrated digital solutions and process optimization. This is a key role driving change management in the context of our Digital Transformation. The position will be carried out 80% in our Belgian office and 20% in our Luxembourg office. We offer flexible teleworking options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives by analyzing, designing as-is processes and implementing optimized business to-be processes supported by both global and locally developed digital solutions.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and digital tools across the organization by supporting stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
  • Implement tools provided by headquarters, acting as the key interface to represent and advocate for local needs. Ensure global solutions effectively meet local operational requirements through close collaboration and strong internal alignment.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of applications using Power Apps, fully integrated with the Office 365 ecosystem (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) and Power Platform solutions (such as Power Automate for workflow automation).
  • Complement digital tools with process review initiatives using lean management principles ensuring alignment between tools, processes, and organizational goals.
  • Define and co-design KPI frameworks and Operational Dashboards in collaboration with business teams, focusing on operational performance and empowering stakeholders to monitor and follow up autonomously.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration through data accessibility.

Your Profile:

  • Business-related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Project Management and Digital Transformation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities – you act as your stakeholders' sparring partner and can translate their needs into integrated solutions – most important
  • Strong project planning and execution capabilities with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. A Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, ...) is an asset
  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives and managing resistance to change
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Proficiency in BPMN and process modelling
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and other Power Platform tools ia a plus
  • Affinity with IT processes and tools is a must
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset
  • Fluent English and French/Dutch with a good knowledge of the second language.
