The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of todays and tomorrow’s power grid!

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Electrification and Automation Executive Staff and their team members in the US. This position is based on-site in Wendell, NC.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Directly support the Executive Staff and team in Electrification and Automation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, including IT provisioning, access rights, and paperwork.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and recovery of company assets.
  • Plan and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate catering, venue booking, and logistics for events.
  • Manage travel arrangements for managers and visitors as needed.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Order and provision IT equipment, including laptops, phones, and software licenses.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting executives.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as basic IT knowledge.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • The pay range for this position is $56,910- $97,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
