We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Project Management and Communication & Marketing Support for a student internship. This role involves providing support in project management tasks, such as maintaining project documentation and tracking progress using project management tools along with supporting various communication and marketing initiatives to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Project Management Support:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on
• time.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
• with project goals.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using project management tools.
• Participate in elaborating project plans, align on resource plans, actively manage risks and
• mitigations of the project and ensure documentation according to our internal bestpractices.
• Foster a successful project implementation in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with the IT workstream leads and overall project leads.
• Regularly create status reports, ensure proper communication to all related project
• stakeholder and support in creating decision papers for project steering.

Communication Support:

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communication
• strategies.
• Draft, edit, and distribute communication materials such as newsletters and social media
• content.
• Coordinate and manage communication channels to ensure consistent messaging.

Marketing Support:

• Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Experience with working with global team
• Managing and preparing Large Global Virtual Meetings

Your qualifications and experience:

Qualifications:

• Actively working towards a university degree in Project Management, Business
• Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in communication, marketing, or project management roles is welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Slovak.
• Strong organizational abilities and good time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management and digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design software.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.

What we offer:

Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration:

· The offered remuneration is from 7 € gross / hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
