Mission:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production technicians to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.
管理生产技术员日常生产活动,确保生产符合既定的标准、生产计划、产量要求、成本控制、废品控制和质量标准
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
监管生产产量和质量,根据需要调整生产任务、时间、设备等以满足生产需求和资源的有效利用
2. Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated safely.
管理下属完成生产任务和安全使用各种生产工具和设备
3. Organize production activities, control WIP through adjusting production schedule; Make production plan and production reports, identify and resolve problems.
组织生产活动,通过调整生产进度控制WIP; 编制生产计划和生产报告,识别和解决问题
4. Coach and develop team member; Train new workers in the organization’s operating procedures and standards, assess people's performance
指导和培养团队成员,培训新员工公司的操作流程和标准,评估员工绩效
5. Cross-department collaboration; Support in new product introduction and contribute to cost control.
跨部门协作;协助新产品导入,控制生产成本
6. Lead and carry out production improvement, digitalization and other projects, and achieve departmental and individual KPIs
主导和开展生产改善,数字化等项目,完成部门和个人KPI
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering, major in machinery, manufacture, automation, electronics or related
理工科本科或以上学历,机械、制造、自动化、电子等相关专业
2. 3-5 years leadership in production management areas or process/engineering related, worked in large manufacture company, managing large machine and having medical industry experience is preferred
3-5年生产管理及相关工艺工程经验,大型生产制造公司背景,管理过大型机械设备,有医疗行业经验者优先
3. Ability of verbal, written and presentation English skill. Excellent computer and Office skill incl. PPT tools, etc.
具备英语口语,书面和报告能力。熟练使用计算机和Office包括PPT等办公软件
4. Cross-department collaboration, team construction and management ability
跨部门沟通协作,团队建设与管理能力
5. Know well of lean production knowledge and quality control/improvement knowledge
熟练掌握精益生产和质量控制/改进知识
6. Positive attitude, stable and dependable, bear hardships and stand hard work, able to work under high pressure, strong communication skills and good stability
积极主动、稳重踏实、吃苦耐劳、抗压力强、沟通能力强、稳定性好
