Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite clinical applications' training to user’s equipment in CT modality area.
• Provide ongoing applications support as the customer’s trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer’s desired outcomes.
• Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
• Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the CT customers.
• Show the outstanding differentiators that are in the configuration of the system sold based on customer's clinical needs.
• Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
• Adopt the digital transformation of application trainings as per company trend and implement the blended training.
• Supporting the sales team with technical/clinical expertise if required.

Required Experience:

• Graduate of higher education with studies in the field of medicine, bioengineering, medical physics or graduate nurse programs are an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience scanning on Siemens CT systems is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of CT clinical education training and associated process implementation.
• The job requires deep knowledge on clinical and technical aspects in order to be explained further to the customers that are using these systems
• The clinical and technical knowledge is a must for the applicant. Experience on working on the systems that are the object of the job is required.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of CT Physics.
• Required to travel up to 70% within the country via all available modes of transportation.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent social skills including, team working skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient use of software applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative and to improve.
• Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
• Driver’s license

Develop training plans and manage the training process for Radiologists, physicists, and technologists to ensure technical competence and proper operation of Siemens CT equipment. Consult with department staff regarding best practices such as workflow, image acquisition, protocol optimization, and image quality. Drive customer satisfaction for Siemens CT products.
