  • You own and lead the finance business responsibility in China for the Smart Infrastructure, Electrification & Automation Customer Service business segment.
  • You act as the strong finance business partner to the SI EA CS China Business Head, and therefore as a pacesetter in the cross-functional EA team to ensure ambitious profitable growth, transparency, and an increase in productivity.
  • You have trustful collaborations with China OC CFOs, local BU Management, HQ and related local functions (sales, BD, etc.) for CS related topics.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Financial Business Responsibility & Leadership
Own and lead the finance business responsibility for SI EA Customer Service in China
Drive local development of EA CS business ensuring transparency, correctness, and consistency
Act as finance business partner to SI EA CS China Business Head
Responsible for contract & bid negotiations to execution
  • Stakeholder Management

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (Customers, OC/JVs, local BU Management & HQ)

Collaborate on service execution, delivery, costs, transfer pricing, and SLAs

Act as consultant for customers, regions, local functions, and headquarters

Drive meetings with global management and prepare documentation

  • Strategic Development

Partner with technical manager to develop and implement growth strategies

Drive service execution and delivery concepts

Manage costs, transfer pricing, and yearly target setup

Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance guidelines

  • Team Leadership

Lead and empower a team of 4 Customer Service Business Analysts

Act as role model within local finance organization

Your defining qualities:

  • You have a degree in business administration and 8+ years of professional experience
  • In addition, you can convince with several years of professional experience in a commercial responsibility, such as controlling, business development, or commercial project management
  • Knowledge and skills: strategic thinking, analytics, leadership in a matrix organization, proactive motivation, intercultural and functional cooperation, end-to-end business knowledge (value flow models), pricing models (financing, calculation and contract setup)
  • FIN experience in an international environment (or rich experience working with HQ)
  • Proven track record to drive sustainable changes
  • Strategic orientation (one eye on the top line) with operational strengths (one eye on the bottom-line)
  • A flexible, autonomous and result oriented personality with great sense of comprehension
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and extraordinary communication skills
  • Good English competency, Chinese is a plus
