At our Siemens Foundational Technologies Development Center we are focused on a product development including software development, hardware development, mechanical design, and testing for the next generation concept of Industry 4.0.
We would like to invite you to cooperate on the development of industrial automation products. We focus on complete product development and integration across the entire automation system. Currently we are searching for DevOps Engineers or Software Developers who would like to choose the DevOps path.
- Defining and setting up CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms (GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Optimizing and maintaining pipelines (e.g. via NodeJS based GitHub Actions)
- Managing and maintaining of artifacts, packages and binaries in Artifactory
- Supporting development teams with the git-based version control system
- Implementing cybersecurity measures based on vulnerability assessments
- Driving automation initiatives across development processes
- Providing consultation and support for various development and test tooling
- Working collaboratively in an agile team environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines creation and configuration (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Programming experience in C/C++ or C# is an advantage
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible and Terraform) is an advantage
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions, particularly creating dashboards and implementing metric collection using Prometheus is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
