Apply now for the position of Senior Finance Analyst, and you will join our Ultrasound Finance Team leading financial reporting, contributing to clear visibility in the decision-making processes, while also making a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results.
Your Role:
· Financial Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Regular analysis of global corporate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and key non-financial indicators to identify trends, variances and interdependencies that support effective business performance management. Deliver detailed and insightful commentary on KPIs dynamics to executive leadership (CEO, CFO and department heads).
· Insightful Analytical Reports and Presentations: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, design clear and well-structured presentations and dashboards to provide value-added analytical insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
· Controlling & Financial Project Involvement: Engage in key financial projects, including internal reporting processes optimization and improvement. Cooperate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and impactful results.
· Process Optimization and Automation: Proactively identify, propose, and support the implementation of solutions for automating reporting and data visualization. Drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of financial processes and outputs.
Your Expertise & Skills for this position:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
· 5+ years of relevant work experience (prior experience in a manufacturing company and with corporate financial reporting is highly valued)
· Strong analytical and data gathering skills
· Solid understanding of Financial Reporting processes and landscape
· Proven ability to manage deadlines with a high sense of responsibility
· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is an advantage)
· Ability to work flexibly to partially overlap with Pacific Standard Time (stakeholders located in USA)
· Good presentation and communication skills to interact with upper management and cross-functional teams
· Fluent in English
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : from 2500€ brutto/monthly + VAR*
