• Education
• Successfully completed degree in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable technical degree with AI focus
• Experience & Skills
• Several years of experience and excellent know-how in AI/ML methodologies: Deep Learning, Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision are not foreign concepts but deeply embedded in your DNA
• Solid knowledge of Agent Frameworks and Large Language Models
• Very good Python skills with experience in AI frameworks like PyTorch
• In-depth methodological knowledge of Requirement Engineering: Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Docker/Kubernetes for ML deployments, AutoML, and MLOps
• Ways of working
• Analytical-conceptual and innovative thinking
• Enthusiasm and motivation to drive transformation
• Team player with convincing communication skills to excel between technical domains and in multi-functional collaboration
• Languages
• Proficiency in German and good English skills, additional language skills (e.g., Chinese) are a plus
