In this newly created dynamic role, you will lead the launching of a breakthrough AI solution in healthcare offering within ICU hospital environments. From greenfield to contract, you will be at the forefront - engaging healthcare professionals, demonstrating solutions at exhibition booths, and delivering compelling solutions that open doors and close deals.
Role to be based in Denmark, with flexibility to travel throughout Denmark, for which a valid driver’s license is needed.
Fluency in both Danish & English language (both written and spoken) is essential.
This role reports to Head of Strategy & Business Development NRB (Nordics & Baltics).
Your role:
- Prospect new leads and grow the customer base throughout Denmark.
- Engage prospective clients via prospective calls, social media, and in-person visits.
- Build trusted relationships and guide prospects throughout the full lifecycle sales journey.
- Present, demo, and represent AI solution at events and exhibitions.
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and drive performance
- Own the full sales cycle - from first engagement to signed contract.
- Partner together with internal Key Account Managers.
Your Expertise:
- A proven track record in sales with a natural hunter mindset.
- Confidence in cold outreach and digital networking.
- Prior hands-on medical staff experience in healthcare within hospital ICU departments (e.g., ICU nurse or doctor) would be of benefit.
- Ability to engage with medical staff, Department Heads and C-level Management within hospital environment.
- Strong presence, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously and to build customer trust.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, essential.
