We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solutions Team in Spain.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation systems and analyzer instrumentation projects in clinical diagnostic laboratories, ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions and products in alignment with customer contracts and PM@DX guidelines.
As a Project Manager, your main mission will be to mark milestones in the execution of assigned projects.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from bid clarification to successful customer handover ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.
During the sales phase, you will be responsible for clarifying technician requirements, defining timelines, and contributing to budget estimations for the proposal.
In the implementation phase, you will define technical requirements, coordinate site readiness, agree on the transition plan, and validate proposals in collaboration with the hospital's infrastructure departments ensuring all customer needs are addressed from the tender phase to the go live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the technical requirements for installation and ensure the site is adequately prepared.
- Define the project scope and implementation phases, establish timelines, and ensure milestones are achieved while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Support Sales in the Bid Qualification (BQ) phase by assessing project deliverables, customer requirements, feasibility, and third-party suppliers cost estimation for the bid offer.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee installation, site readiness, and commissioning of third-party services, ensuring smooth system delivery and validation.
- Guarantee system functionality, oversee clinical validation, and secure customer acceptance for project closure.

Qualifications & Experience:
ü Technical Diploma or Master’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent proven experience.
ü 4+ years of experience in Project Management or technical role in the healthcare field.
Additional Requirements:
📌 Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally (up to 60%) and internationally (Occasionally).
📌 Residency in either Barcelona or Madrid.
📌 Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit and rendering tools will be an asset.
⭐ Experience with technical and laboratory workflows related to in-vitro medical equipment is a plus.
⭐ Basic knowledge of AI will be considered a plus.
