You’ll break new ground by
- Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for our B2B marketplace and platform initiatives.
- Driving digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, paid media) with a strong focus on performance and analytics.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and regional marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and positioning.
- Managing and optimizing marketing funnels and customer journeys using data-driven insights and marketing automation tools.
- Shaping the global brand narrative and thought leadership positioning in the context of digital transformation, technology, and innovation.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and campaign planning.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on marketing best practices, digital trends, and communication strategies.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Education
- Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar
- Experience & Skills
- Long term business experience in marketing and communications, in B2B marketplaces, platforms, or technology-related services.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and performance tracking tools.
- Ways of working
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a passion for digitalization and innovation.
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to influence and align across functions and hierarchies.
- Proven track record in international environments, with strong intercultural communication and collaboration skills.
- Languages
- Fluent English skills, additional languages are a plus
