As an IT Product Manager (f/m/d) in Smart Infrastructure Data Analytics, you will drive Data Analytic Services for the business and collaborate closely with multi-functional teams across Germany, Portugal, Austria, and India.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Leading all aspects of daily operations, project management, and fostering collaborative discussions about user stories, epics, and features with our international teams
  • Driving forward BI/AI services and strategy, improving data architecture, trend scouting, and delivering innovative use cases like AI-driven cross selling and sales predictions in partnership with SI functions
  • Establishing and maintaining the internal data as a service setup, handling business demands for data analytics, AI/ML, and aligning development teams with product owners
  • Coordinating SI EP's data and AI strategy within SHERPA X, representing SI EP in various communities, and building business capabilities in data governance tools
  • Being responsible for the integrated business planning workstream for data and AI, conceptualizing data architecture, and handling the Siemens Data Cloud Environment for IBP
  • Partnering with EMS finance and controlling teams and contributing to the Data Literacy Project (NEMOxWFT)

Your defining qualities

  • Education
    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business informatics or a related field. Alternatively, you have profound work experience in the tasks mentioned above
  • Experience & Skills
    • Several years of experience in a dynamic, multi-functional role, seamlessly integrating with various groups
    • You are proficient in digital work environments and tools such as Snowflake, PowerBI, and KNIME Analytics Platform - you understand the technology and the relevant use cases
    • You have a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to PLM, sales, finance, operations product business, and associated SAP components
  • Ways of working
    • Open-minded collaborator across diverse groups with experience in data governance, strategy, and IT project management
    • You have a proven track record in leading and developing virtual teams with varied backgrounds
    • You are skilled in storytelling, as well as in redefining and simplifying complex processes
    • You are confident in communicating with top management and are adept at presenting complex technical challenges at a strategic level
  • Languages
    • Business fluent German is mandatory for the collaboration with the management and manufacturing, fluent English is expected
