The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, business partnering, and a proven track record of successfully driving transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Your Role:
- You will be developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support the company’s growth and transformation.
- You will be acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- You will be leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent.
- You will be driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
- You will be ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate HR policies.
- You will be overseeing performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
- You will be championing employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment and strong employer branding.
- You will be collaborating with regional and global HR teams to align local HR policies with broader organizational objectives.
Your Expertise:
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience in driving HR digitalization and process automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in talent management, change management, and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with company objectives.
- At least 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational or healthcare/life sciences environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
