Apply now for the Warehouse Supervisor position and play a key role in overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations. The successful candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement continuously. This is a 12 months fixed term contract role under an Agency.
Your Role:
  • You will oversee, receive and dispatch procedures for shipments.
  • You will execute Goods Receipt; Delivery Note creation and post Goods Issue as well as reversal posting in the SAP system.
  • You will communicate with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems.
  • You will lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
  • You will lead the physical inventory Daily/Weekly/Monthly cycle counts with warehouse team in order to maintain accurate inventory.
  • You will lead the destruction of non-conformance product & liaise with internal Quality Control department in order to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • You will reconcile any discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
  • You will supervise, train and direct assist warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, putting away, picking, and inventory control.
  • You will assign workloads and daily tasks to the Warehouse Associates
  • You will monitor the Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklift and comply with Quality & Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
  • You will collaborate with internal Quality Control department and arrange operational SOP comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPM) requirement.
  • You will drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
  • You will ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
  • You will measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
Your Expertise:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, accountability and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management SAP system
  • Fluent English and a native-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
