Business Development Manager - Taiwan

We're seeking a strategic mind who can maintain and strengthen our current market leadership while helping us to define our path to future growth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring Siemens' continued success in Taiwan by building upon our established foundations while identifying and developing next-generation business opportunities.

What you will do:
Strategic Innovation & Business Development

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business strategies that leverage Taiwan's unique position in the global tech ecosystem
• Lead market intelligence initiatives focusing on advanced technology trends, in smart industrial technologies and Industrial AI
• Develop and execute key account strategies together with the business units of Siemens in Taiwan
• Identify business opportunities at the intersection of digital transformation and industrial technology, with a special focus on industrial verticals and AI-driven solutions
• Support the CEO Office in high-level strategic initiatives and VIP engagements
• Create compelling executive presentations and strategic reports that drive decision-making

What we are looking for:

• Advanced university degree or and/or MBA with strong technical understanding
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-driven industries or top-tier consulting firms, with proven success in digital transformation projects
• Deep understanding of industrial technology trends and digital technologies
• Strong track record in managing complex, cross-cultural stakeholder relationships
• Proven ability to navigate matrix organizations and work with senior executives
• Excellence in strategic thinking and business analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business concepts
