Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Handler II to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining organized storage systems. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures to ensure timely and compliant logistics processing.

What your day may look like:

• Follow instructions to unpack incoming goods accurately and safely.
• Check materials against shipping documents for quantity, part numbers, and condition.
• Organize Work Orders: Sort and assign materials per work order requirements.
• Package Deliveries: Prepare outgoing shipments per packaging and handling guidelines (e.g., Dangerous Goods).
• Transport Goods: Move items within or outside the facility using proper equipment.
• Store & Maintain Inventory: Store goods per warehouse protocols and assist with stock checks.
• Assemble Orders: Pick and verify items for delivery based on delivery notes.
• Logistics Support: Perform routine tasks in receiving, warehousing, transport, and dispatch.

What will make you thrive in your role:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Dependable team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

This position in located in Sacramento, CA. The starting hourly rate for this role is $20.75. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
